The Premium Hideout – Shipping Policy
At The Premium Hideout, we take pride in delivering your order quickly, safely, and as promised. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Processing Times
1.In-Stock Items: Processed within 2-4 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
2.Pre-Order Items: Will require 2-3 weeks
for delivery of order. This timeframe allows us to receive your order from our supplier and then ship it to our customers. Orders can take up to 4 weeks to deliver if a delay occurs, which isn't often, but may happen. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately at no additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:
Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days
Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Tracking & Proof of Delivery
1.Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 2-3 weeks to appear.
2.The Premium Hideout considers an order
successfully delivered when the carrier marks it as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.
3.In the event of a delivery dispute, we will provide official tracking records and carrier confirmation as proof of delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
1.We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after the carrier confirms delivery.
2.If your order is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim.
Address Accuracy
1.Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
2.To avoid FRAUD, we are not allowed to change your address after you purchased your item. ONLY if you need us to add your apartment number.
3.Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded or replaced

Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order with The Premium Hideout, you agree to the following:
1.If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered according to carrier records
, we will submit all documentation — including tracking history, delivery scans, and this policy — to your bank as proof of fulfillment.
2.If your bank sides with you and reverses the payment despite confirmed delivery, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for the full amount owed. If payment is not made, we may pursue legal remedies and/or collection action.
