Refund/Cancellation & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the limited cases outlined below.
Order Cancellation
1.Customers may request to cancel an order
within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
2.Cancellation requests must be sent to
premiumhideout@gmail.com with your order number.
3.After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Wrong Shoe Size Sent
If we ship a shoe size different from the one you ordered:
1.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with your order number.
2.Provide clear photos showing: The shoe size on the box label: The shoe size tag inside the shoe: The shoes in unused condition
3.Once verified, we will send you a
prepaid return label for the incorrect pair.
4.The shoes must be returned
unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
5.Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will send you a full refund.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Situations
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:
1.Wrong size ordered by the customer
2.Change of mind after purchase
3.Items showing signs of wear or alteration
4.Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
5.Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
6.Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather
Proof Requirement for Disputes
To protect against fraudulent claims, The Premium Hideout requires photographic proof for all size-related issues. If proof is not provided or evidence does not match the claim, the request will be denied.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered according to carrier records, we will provide all documentation — including tracking, delivery scans, and this policy — to your bank as proof of fulfillment. If your bank reverses the payment despite confirmed delivery, we reserve the right to issue an invoice for the full amount owed and pursue legal remedies or collections if necessary.
